We are hiring multiple Digital Media Buyers at various levels. These roles are 100% remote working with fully distributed teams. The ideal candidates will have previous experience working remotely or with distributed teams across the US or internationally.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Minimum 5 - 6 years of experience buying traditional and digital media
  • Solid understanding of ad formats, segmentation, personas, trends, and platforms in paid media and performance marketing
  • Advanced knowledge working with Google Ads and Google Merchant Center is a must
  • Ideally experience optimizing Facebook Ads Manager or Tik Tok Ads, preferred
  • Understanding of how to segment and target inside digital media channels
  • Experience overseeing digital media campaigns that spend more than $30,000 per month
  • Experience compiling performance reporting for digital campaigns, understanding data and making adjustments to improve performance
  • Ability to take data and compile reports weekly and monthly for clients

Qualifications:

  • Provide media recommendations with supporting rationale and POVs
  • Purchase and place media, optimizing campaign strategy and tactics to maximize campaign results to ensure client goals are achieved
  • Compile competitive research and insights
  • Develop strong relationships with media vendors
  • Present to clients in a manner representative of the ethos of the agency

Requirements:

  • BA/BS or equivalent
  • Organized with ability to multitask
  • Comfortable working on paid social, search, display, online video, and existing as well as new platforms and technology
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills / experienced and comfortable interfacing with clients
  • Strong deck-building and report/dashboard capabilities
  • Constant focus on outcomes and solutions
